Waygate
A game launcher that's worth opening. Waygate sits in front of Battle.net and dresses itself in each game's current content, with what matters this week, your characters and news for your game only. No ads for games you don't play.
Your game, not an ad
The usual launcher is the same flat blue for every game, with banners for games you've never played. Waygate looks like the game you're about to play, and shows what you'd actually check before logging in.
What it will do
Themed per patch
Each game wears its current content: the void and Sunwell gold of Midnight now, a new theme pack next expansion. Colours, background, logo and the Play button all change.
Only your games
Reads which Blizzard games you have installed and shows those. No banners for games you don't play.
This week at a glance
The weekly reset countdown and Great Vault, this week's Mythic+ affixes, the WoW Token price and your realm's status.
Your characters
Item level and Mythic+ score for the characters you add by name, in their class colours. No login needed.
News for your game
Patch notes and events for the game you're looking at, and nothing else.
Your addons
Installed addon versions, and a nudge when an update is out.
